Warranty

* LP bags are covered by a 1 year warranty.
* The warranty covers critical manufacturing defects in materials, hardware and workmanship.

Returns and exchanges

Returns
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with the delivered product, you have the right to return the unused product within 2-3 days (from the date your order was delivered).
Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size / model / material please contact at our WhatsApp number.
The exchange is only possible if the product hasn’t been discharged yet.

Exceptions
On sale products won’t be refunded or exchanged.

Change in order
Changes to order are accepted if you immediately call Customer Care and advise them. Once the order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to make changes
